Cedarburg Science, established in 1998, is a woman-owned, Specialized Ecological Services Firm. We provide premiere ecological consulting services, including, Wetlands Assessments, Permitting and Mitigation, Habitat Assessments, Vegetation/Wildlife Surveys, and Stewardship/Open Space Management Planning.

Located in Cedarburg, Wisconsin, Cedarburg Science specializes in regional environmental and natural resources issues throughout Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. We also have national experience due to many projects completed throughout the U.S.

Cedarburg Science has been involved in assessments for environmental due diligence, impact assessments, natural resources studies, habitat evaluation and monitoring, and wetland assessments for developers, municipalities and the federal government.

Cedarburg Science has supervised and participated in many projects involving environmental impact and natural resource studies. Contributions have included conducting extensive literature searches, developing sampling plans, running field studies, providing environmental education programs, and preparing technical reports. Other accomplishments have included developing a "project approach" on multiple site research studies where Cedarburg Science was directly responsible for field technicians schedules, and budgets.

Other projects have included experience in the field classifying habitats, monitoring water quality providing biotic index studies, identifying and rehabilitating wild life and delineating wetlands. We have worked extensively in rural, suburban, and urban areas. With respect to land acquisition and / or re-development issues, we are very experienced in conducting assessments for Environmental Due Diligence. We are frequently involved in working with clients who are concerned about impacts to wetlands, preservations of green space and / or potential contamination. In such cases we assists clients with risk management decisions.

The hourly billing rate for Cedarburg Science professionals is variable ($85 - $125/hr.) depending on the scope of work and anticipated project duration. Cedarburg Science will provide a project-specific written quote based on your requirements.
