The following projects are provided as examples of our project experience with Terrestrial and Aquatic Baseline Studies; Scoping and Agency Coordination; and Environmental Assessment (EA/EIS)

 

Phase I Environmental Assessments, Contamination Assessments and Remedial Action for Real Estate Transactions
Cedarburg Science has extensive experience conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments as well as associated contamination assessments related to USTs and historic industrial activities. Environmental concerns and conditions are characterized, and All Appropriate Inquiry is conducted in accordance with ASTM guidelines. Closure and No Further Action status has been sought and granted on many projects.

Northern Border Programmatic Environmental Impact Study (PEIS) – Mangi, Inc., and U.S. Customs and Border Protection
Cedarburg Science staff is providing the Affected Environment and Environmental Consequences-Biological Resources sections of the draft Northern Border PEIS (Programmatic Environmental Impact Study) for Mangi, Inc., prepared for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) – Department of Homeland Security. Descriptions of the Northern Border Ecoregions, biological resources, climactic and topographical characteristics, vegetation, wildlife, and wetlands, along with an analysisof the potential environmental effects resulting from new CBP Northern Border proposed programs in fifteen states along the United States-Canada border were prepared. In addition, a set of comprehensive appendices on endangered and threatened species found within 100 miles of the U.S. - Canada border were provided.
